At GAS LAB, we plan and develop automation tools and AI tools that require no programming knowledge and can be used immediately.

One of Notion's key features is the 'database', which is simple to create and can be incorporated into any page.

Due to its convenience, when dealing with individual projects or large team workspaces, there tends to be a proliferation of databases, leading to a degree of disorganization.

To manage and organize these scattered databases, having them listed can be beneficial.

With this in mind, GAS LAB has developed a tool that easily lists all databases in your Notion workspace - the Notion Database Exporter!

Notion Database Exporter

This tool allows you to easily export a list of all databases present in your Notion workspace.

Utilizing Notion's API, the tool retrieves a list of all databases within the workspace, and then exports this information into Google Sheets. As a result, the exported data can be easily manipulated, edited, and shared.

The information retrieved and exported is not limited to the database title, but also includes detailed information such as the database URL, the name of the most recent updater, and the date of the last update, which are all invaluable for organization and management.

This tool has been designed to be as simple as possible so that anyone can use it. With basic operations such as input and clicks, anyone with fundamental PC skills can easily use this tool.

We are distributing this tool we have developed for free! Please feel free to use it!
